Job Description
- Advertising (Ads)
- Write articles for Landing page, Website, LinkedIn, Blog, Fanpage
- Plan & deploy advertising: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Remarketing, Fanpage Ads
- Manage budget, track ROI by industry
- Perform A/B testing of content, customer files, ad formats
- Manage pixels, conversion tags, connect with CRM - Performance
- Track CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS
- Analyze conversion funnel (traffic → lead → customer)
- Create periodic performance reports, propose conversion rate improvements - CRM
- Manage HubSpot/Email workflows
- Take care of customers with email automation & personalization
- Filter & classify customer lists by behavior (visit website, read quotes...) CRM performance reports: open rate, click rate, conversion rate...
Market research:
- Conduct periodic surveys to grasp customer needs and build appropriate action plans.
Request
- 2 years of experience running B2B Ads, good English IELTS 5.5
- Proficient in setting up & optimizing ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Know how to manage pixels, tracking, conversion tags and analyze data (CPC, CPA, ROI)
- Experience operating CRM/HubSpot, email automation, customer classification
- Data-minded, detailed, proactive, responsible for budget & KPI
