Job Description
- Inspect, maintain and carry out periodic servicing of production machinery and equipment (printing machines, laminating machines, air compressors, air conditioners, slitting machines, etc.) in accordance with the preventive maintenance (PM) plan.
- Promptly detect and rectify electrical and mechanical breakdowns arising during production to ensure continuous and stable machine operation.
- Install, calibrate and repair electrical systems, electrical cabinets, control circuits, PLCs and sensors of production equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans, monitor the operating condition of machinery and equipment, and propose spare part replacements when necessary.
- Manage and control M&E materials and spare parts; propose the procurement of reserve materials for maintenance and repair purposes.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments to ensure that machinery meets production schedules and technical requirements.
- Fully record and update maintenance and repair records and logbooks for machinery and equipment.
- Propose technical improvement solutions to enhance machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Prepare periodic reports as required by line management.
- Comply with the factory's occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, and 5S regulations.
Request
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or other related technical fields.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operating, maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment at packaging or industrial manufacturing plants.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams and schematic diagrams of machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, mechanical fabrication, and hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to detect and troubleshoot faults quickly, with strong logical thinking.
- Ability to work under high pressure and to work shifts or overtime when required.
- Male, in good health, meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and a disciplined work attitude.
