Production Quality Officer

Job Description
- Implement production plans in accordance with the assigned schedule.
- Control production inputs, including the allocation of manpower, machinery, raw materials and production-related information.
- Supervise the production process to ensure productivity, quality and schedule compliance.
- Supervise machine operators to ensure that machinery and production tools are used in accordance with procedures and for their intended purposes.
- Verify and update daily production data and raw material consumption norms.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Engineering and Maintenance departments to resolve arising issues.
- Monitor the condition of machinery, equipment, tools and instruments during operation.
- Propose production process improvement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports as required by line management.
- Comply with the factory's occupational safety and 5S regulations.

- Bachelor's degree; preference will be given to candidates majoring in Business Management or related fields (graduates of universities such as the University of Technology, the University of Science, etc.).
- Ability to plan and manage work schedules.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a disciplined work attitude.
- Male, in good health, meticulous, and proficient in computer skills.
