Job Description

  • Develop new product formulations based on customer requirements and company strategy.
  • Analyze sample properties (from the Sales team, customers, or internal sources) to propose suitable manufacturing technologies.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and report findings.
  • Run trial samples, monitor and report, and support technology transfer to production.
  • Establish technical specifications and manufacturing procedures.
  • Improve processes and materials to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Investigate root causes of defects and factors affecting product quality.
  • Keep up to date with technologies and trends in the packaging industry.
  • Participate in projects and general activities of the department/company.

Request

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Materials Science, Printing Engineering, Packaging Technology, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in R&D or QA/QC in the packaging industry (plastic films, printing, lamination, etc.) are preferred.
  • Candidates without experience must have a solid foundational knowledge, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to proactively develop their skills and adapt quickly.
